The Eurolive B112D active speaker system is a concert-type speaker designed for installation in spacious rooms. The loudspeaker housing is of a phase inverter type, due to which, with a relatively low power consumption, the sound pressure is very high, and the sound itself is clear and distinct. The direction of the sound emission is monopolar, so the sound engineer does not have to deal with unplanned parasitic echoes from the walls. The wide-format exponential horn provides a wide and uniform sound front.

A class D amplifier is installed in the case, which is characterized by low power consumption - and, as a result, a low level of technical noise. Speaker emitters are of dynamic type. A 12-inch long-stroke driver is responsible for reproducing low frequencies, and a 1.35-inch compression driver for high frequencies. The peak power of the model is 1000 W (700 W for a low-frequency radiator, and 300 for a high-frequency one). The total frequency range of the speaker extends from 50 to 20,000 Hz. At the same time, the crossover operating in Bi-amping mode operates at a frequency of 2.8 kHz.

Eurolive B112D does not need auxiliary equipment: two linear sound sources can be connected directly to the speaker via balanced inputs, equipped with volume controls and clipping indicators. The integrated sound processor allows equalization in two frequency bands. A built-in limiter prevents the drivers from being damaged if the input signal is too strong. If you still need to connect additional equipment, there is a line output for this, as well as a connector for connecting a wireless adapter.

The case is made of durable plastic and has a trapezoidal shape that allows both mounting on a standard "glass" and floor installation. The speaker weighs 12.3 kg. For convenience of transportation on the case handles for carrying are provided.
