Tascam LM-8ST is a compact line mixer for commercial installations and recording studios. It will be no less convenient in a set of concert equipment for musicians who are faced with the task of mixing several sources of a linear signal. Eight stereo inputs allow you to connect CD/MP3 players, radios, musical instruments and other devices and route their signals to a pair of stereo outputs independently. One of the LM-8ST's stereo outputs can be configured by the user in pre or post-fader mode. Input and output level controls, combined with appropriate meters, keep every signal under control. The LM-8ST mixer is equipped with a microphone input. The master bus I/Os are always available for cascading multiple devices. The LM-8ST is housed in a rack-mount housing and has a built-in power supply that has proven itself to be very reliable and safe over many years of operation.

Each stereo input, independently of the others, can be routed to any of the stereo outputs:

ST1: Input signal is routed to output ST1

ST2: The input signal will be taken down to the input level control (pre fader) and routed to the ST2/AUX output

AUX: The input signal will be taken after the input level control (post fader) and routed to the ST2/AUX output

Input level can be adjusted to +4 dBu or -10 dBV per channel

LED indicators for signal presence and overload on each channel
