Mixing console active JB sound EFX8

The Soundcraft EFX™ series consoles combine all the features of the popular Soundcraft EPM™ mixer with a built-in 24-bit Lexicon® digital effects processor, expanding the capabilities of Soundcraft's lower-end range of compact, versatile mixers.

The Soundcraft EFX™ mixer features the same AudioDNA® processor found in many Digitech® and Lexicon products, including the well-known and respected Lexicon MX400 processor in the professional community. For over 35 years, the Lexicon name has been synonymous with the finest processing and reverb in the industry, guaranteeing the highest quality effects rarely seen in consoles in this price range.

The effects section is neatly housed in the mixer's compact chassis, available with 8 or 12 mono inputs, all models feature 2 stereo channels and an effect send on each channel. There are 32 different effects with a tap tempo function, 3 effect parameter controls and the ability to store custom effect settings. The Clip Level LED and FX Channel Mute function give the user even more flexibility.

The main emphasis in the Soundcraft EFX console is on high-quality assembly and sound characteristics, with a simple and intuitive control panel. The Soundcraft EFX uses the highly transparent GB30 mic preamp (designed by Graham Blythe for the Company's 30th anniversary, and also used on the larger LX7ii and GB consoles).

The Soundcraft EFX also offers all the features of the Soundcraft EPM console: configurable aux send, XLR and jack jacks, stereo playback and RCA record outputs, 3-band swept-mid EQ on mono inputs, 3-band EQ on two stereos inputs, TRS input jacks, inserts on all mono inputs, 10-segment output LED and headphone output.
