3 operating modes

BTA30 Pro offers 3 different working modes: Bluetooth receive (BT Rx), Bluetooth transmit (BT Tx) and DAC. The selection is made by simply pressing a button on the front of the device. The built-in Bluetooth chip also supports high definition codecs such as aptX-HD and LDAC.

Full connectivity

Although compact, the BTA30 Pro has all the connectivity options. It has Bluetooth 5.0, optical Toslink, coaxial and USB-C as inputs. On the output side, the device offers Bluetooth, optical, coaxial and RCA stereo line output.

Bluetooth chip CSR8675

Bluetooth reception and transmission in BTA30 Pro is provided by Qualcomm CsR8675 Bluetooth chip. It supports transmission up to 24bit 96kHz (depending on the codec used).

DAC ES9038Q2M

BTA30 Pro is now equipped with ESS ES9038Q2M digital-to-analog conversion chip. The latter offers excellent performance for rich, accurate and transparent sound reproduction. The DAC is also combined with film capacitors for an even purer and more neutral sound.

XMOS USB interface

The USB-C input of the BTA30 Pro is linked to a particularly efficient XMOS interface. It allows you to support high sampling rates, up to PCM 32bit 384kHz and DSD256.

Volume control

The BTA30 Pro includes a high level volume control. This allows you to fine-tune the sound level by reconstructing the ADC curve. It affects the volume of both the digital and RCA outputs and can be controlled remotely via a mobile app.

When using the device in USB DAC mode, you cannot use the volume control.

Application for management

Your smartphone connected to BTA30 Pro can control it via FiiO Music App or FiiO Control. This allows you to adjust the balance, filters, Bluetooth format priority, turn off the LEDs, adjust the volume level or activate the fixed output level.
