The Alcyone 2 home theater acoustic set from the French company Cabasse consists of two satellites and a subwoofer. All satellites are made in the form of spheres with a diameter of 10 cm. In the case of each of them one full-range speaker with a cellulose cone (model 8T15) is hidden, the maximum recommended power is 50 W, the frequency range is 160 Hz - 20 kHz. It is worth noting that each of the satellites can be rotated in any direction due to the magnetic attachment to its base-stand. The speakers can be placed on shelves, hung on a wall, or mounted on stands (sold separately).

Compact and light in appearance, the Alcyone 2 satellites use magnetic mounting systems for easy mounting. Inside the 10 cm spherical driver, a new cellulose membrane is used, providing an extension of the high and low frequency range.
