British manufacturer Fyne Audio is just entering the market, but its products are already attracting attention, since the company's founders are former employees of the legendary Scottish company Tannoy.

Tannoy has gone through ownership changes and restructuring in recent years, which has resulted in some of its executives resigning. Now they have decided to found their own company, Fyne Audio, which will produce loudspeaker systems inspired by the Tannoy heritage. The development center is located near Glasgow, and production will be partially transferred to Asia; only the most expensive models of the new brand will be produced in Scotland.

The woofer is a paper diffuser of a complex composition made of fibers of different fibrils and lengths; this design of the speaker allows you to reproduce a more natural sound with natural transmission of vocals, and clear processing of transient processes. The FyneFlute TM variable-pitch suspension provides effective damping of cone vibrational energy and parasitic resonances, phase-equalizing the nozzle for uniform and uniform directivity characteristics at mid frequencies.

Blocking filters are built with high quality, precision rated components, including low loss laminated core inductors in the low pass filter and polypropylene capacitors in the high pass filter, computer simulation optimized circuitry finalized through expert audition, high quality gold plated inputs terminals (in the F303 model there are two pairs of them for a two-cable bi-wiring connection).

The body is a rigid MDF structure with a tie system; damped loudspeaker mounting, the F303 model uses the D'Appolito configuration (MF-HF-MF vertically), which gives a uniform directivity characteristic in the vertical plane, floor-standing models are equipped with a base plate mounted on spikes; this gives stability, calculated grip on the floor, clear bass and good stereo localization; the bass reflex output on the rear panel eliminates the influence of airborne noise on the sound.
