Technology: better than ever

The pursuit of better sound requires a lot of hard work and the latest technology. GLE speakers benefit from the constant progress we make in loudspeaker development, both visually and technically. First of all, we would like to highlight our outstanding titanium drivers, which are included in the current GLE series. Our aluminum-manganese tweeter system with a 25mm dome tweeter that gives the GLE 30 crisp highs and extremely detailed sound is mature and proven.

The ideal partner is the powerful 174mm titanium cone woofer/midrange driver, which can powerfully and accurately reproduce deep tones in an optimally tuned bass response. Its lightweight yet very rigid cone guarantees balanced and neutral midrange reproduction with excellent detail resolution. The bass and midrange drivers are equipped with durable polycarbonate baskets, powerful magnetic drives and the latest generation of triple stacked waves, which allows the drivers to perform very dynamically with the least distortion. The compact loudspeaker GLE 30 operates at frequencies of up to 40,000 hertz – thanks to a precisely calculated, optimally shaped waveguide with ideal sound emission even to the sides of the loudspeakers.

Compactly built

The compact 2-way GLE 30 loudspeakers, with their harmonious proportions and neutral and modern design, can be used universally: standing alone on the matching LS 660 stands, on a stand or on a shelf. Thanks to harmonious proportions and attractive cabinet versions in black or white decor, our GLE 30s are suitable for any living environment. The front of the GLE 30 centers is available in matt black or matt white. A decorative feature of the current GLE series are black fabric covers that are magnetically attached to the bulkhead. They are generously rounded at the corners, giving the compact speakers an independent, attractive appearance. The GLE 30 is 36 centimeters high, 19 centimeters wide and 27 centimeters deep and weighs just over six kilograms.

You can combine the versatile, compact 2-way GLE 30 speakers with other models in the GLE series to create a powerful, high-performance multi-channel home theater system. For example, you can use our GLE 90 as a main speaker, pair it with a GLE 50 center speaker, and add a pair of GLE 30 surround speakers.
