TruAudio G71 in-ceiling speaker system

In 2007, the Ghost™ series revolutionized the architectural speaker market with its stunning design and installation performance. After 13 years, TruAudio repeats its success. The new Ghost™ Series has been reimagined from the ground up: looks, performance, functionality, and updated low-impact packaging.

The series has been updated from 6.5" and 8" to 7" and 9" speakers, providing even warmer tones for your living space. The 9" model now features a 3-way design (rotatable tweeter and midrange, paired with a fixed woofer). The depth of penetration into the living space has been reduced by 40%, allowing the speakers to virtually disappear into the ceiling.

TruAudio's new Ghost™ Series features revolutionary and patented TruGrip™ technology, featuring a spring clamp and mechanical fastening that significantly reduces frame installation time. TruAudio's QuickConnect™ adapters have also been incorporated, further reducing frame installation time if QuickConnect™ pre-structural brackets (RC-879) were used during the rough installation phase. Finally, all new Ghost™ speakers now include a vented protective rear box to protect critical components on the back of the speaker.

Quick Connect™ technology

Simply connect the speaker cable to the pre-wiring terminals while wiring. When it comes time to install the speaker, use the Quick Connect™ cable to link to the speaker's Quick Connect. Patent pending.

Speaker diameter 7"

New design, 7" driver for improved acoustic performance. The durable tweeter bridge also serves as a handle for easy installation. Protective rear box on all Ghost models. 40% reduced detectable size. Thanks to its reduced size, the grille practically disappears into the ceiling.

One pre-mount ring for 9" and 7" speakers

All Ghost™ Series speakers now install using the same pre-mount ring (RC-879).
