The Isis two-channel coaxial cable was developed by Van den Hul (the Netherlands) specifically for high-quality signal transmission between a vinyl player and a preamplifier. The cable conductors consist of 19 strands made of oxygen-free OFC copper with a very dense coating of highly purified silver. The central steel conductor is used as additional grounding and, in addition, allows you to strengthen the structure and reduce the load on the conductors. PE polyethylene is used as a dielectric. The screen, consisting of 72 strands of silver-plated copper, protects the signal from external interference and noise. The bright red outer shell is made of halogen-free HULLIFLEX® material, which has increased flexibility, strength, wear resistance, resistance to chemicals and temperatures. The cable allows you to get clear, detailed sound with tight, rich bass and a warm tonal balance. The active resistance of each center conductor is 11.7 Ohms per 100 meters. The capacitance between the two internal conductors does not exceed 75 pF/m, so when used symmetrically in high impedance systems, the overall loss and phase shift remain very low. The cable termination was carried out at the factory using RCA Van den Hul C-4.0 connectors with a three-layer coating of copper, silver and 24K gold. Supplied in manufacturer's original packaging.
