Van Den Hul TLF I&II oil

Van den Hul The Lower Friction Oil (TLF) is a high performance multi-purpose oil designed to minimize friction in bearings by forming a very thin, stable layer of lubricant between moving surfaces. TLF oil has good tensile strength, high viscosity, does not oxidize or age. Provides an ultra-low coefficient of friction, improving the smoothness of movement, minimizing mechanical noise and significantly extending the life of the equipment. Supplied in a 25 ml bottle with built-in brush for easy application.

Features and Benefits of The Lower Friction Oil:

• high tensile strength - can withstand a pressure of 180-200 kg/cm² at a temperature of about 350°C. Maximum operating temperature 175°C;

• the viscosity of the oil is from 1/3 to 1/4 of the viscosity of water - it spreads easily and forms a stable thin layer on any surface;

• does not contain teflon, graphite and other particles;

• does not oxidize and does not age;

• Ideal for close-fitting narrow clearance bearings (Special Turntable Spindle Oil recommended for wide clearance bearings).

The Lower Friction Oil is available in two varieties:

• TLF I - Used as a general purpose lubricant to minimize the coefficient of friction. In vinyl players it provides a smoother lowering of the tone arm, in CD and DVD players it is used to lubricate the spindle axis and laser head guides, it can also be used in computer equipment, air conditioner fans and electric shavers;

• TLF II - Designed for higher loads. In turntables, it noticeably reduces torque, reducing distortion and noise, and can be used to lubricate vehicle bearings, guaranteeing minimal friction and wear protection. Please specify the type of lubricating oil required when ordering.
