The detailed, coherent center speaker OPTICON VOKAL MK2 is the ideal partner for any OPTICON MK2 series speaker. It's even powerful enough to pair with the top-of-the-line OPTICON 8 MK2. The dimensions of the speaker and the front bass reflex ports allow it to be placed on the wall under a TV or projector, as well as built into TV furniture as an inconspicuous home surround sound system.

Reduce distortion with Soft Magnetic Compound
The magnetic system of the OPTICON VOKAL MK2 speaker consists of a large ferrite ring magnet surrounding a pole piece made entirely of DALI's unique SMC (Soft Magnetic Compound) material. The use of SMC significantly reduces mechanical distortion caused by hysteresis and eddy current, resulting in a dramatic reduction in third-order distortion, providing long-lasting listening pleasure, smooth midrange and amazing detail.

Master of wide variance
Our hybrid tweeter module combines a 29mm soft dome tweeter with a custom 17 x 45mm ribbon element. Both drivers are mounted on a die-cast aluminum bezel that provides a durable platform for the drivers and contains dispersion control components for optimal high-frequency performance for off-axis listening. Our hybrid tweeter module offers the best of both worlds - the clarity, speed and dynamics of a dome tweeter with the very high-frequency detail and smooth grace of a ribbon tweeter.

Accurate, detailed sound
The 6½-inch woofer/midrange driver uses our patented paper pulp and wood fiber reinforced composite materials. Together they create a rigid and lightweight design that, combined with a low-loss suspension and spider, reproduces the smallest details with precision and transparency.

Ensuring the highest quality products
The 25mm thick front panel and additional internal reinforcement make the speaker cabinet extremely rigid and virtually eliminate panel resonance. To ensure the best quality products, we manufacture and test the OPTICON MK2 series loudspeaker systems in our production facilities in central Denmark, from cutting and routing the wood laminated panels to installing the speakers and crossover.
