The acoustic system is equipped with a high-frequency emitter with an aluminum-manganese cone system cone, midrange and bass drivers with wave grooves. The body is made of natural high quality plywood. As a front panel - a metal mesh grill.
The design of the CANTON Ergo 655 CM repeats the design of the floor-standing Ergo 670: the same set of heads, the same filters, bass-reflex design and the same 2.5-way circuit. In addition, the feature of this center channel is that the lows are not cut off, as is the case with some center systems, so they can be used for other channels, for example, two CANTON Ergo 655 CMs can make an excellent stereo system.
This model is perfectly compatible with the CANTON Ergo 690, and an ideal Ergo-based multi-channel system should include 690s as mains and 655s as both center and systems for all auxiliary channels.
