In an espresso cup, the Italian style is a very thick dark hazel cream with slight brown streaks. The nose has notes of toast and caramel. It tastes mild and gives a feeling of fullness in the mouth.
Balanced, with an aftertaste of caramel and toasted bread. This blend reflects the Italian taste of espresso. It is drunk both in the morning and after a meal or for a short break in a bar. The caffeine content is less than 3%. Pairs well with milk.
