High-end THX amplifier for linear audio

The signal is transmitted from the DAC chips to dual THX AAA 788+ amplifier chips, which deliver an incredible output power of 780 mW into 300 ohms and up to 2000 mW into 32 ohms. Known for their low distortion, these amplifier chips deliver a clean and linear sound profile.

Bluetooth 5.1

Enjoy the latest Bluetooth Hi-Fi codecs such as LDAC and aptX HD with the Bluetooth 5.1 chip in the K9 AKM. Faster and more stable than previous BT versions, Bluetooth 5.1 delivers better, lag-free high-definition playback.

Split design maximizes performance

The K9 AKM board features a split layout that completely separates the main sections of the audio circuit: power supply, signals, and the analog signal circuit. This ensures less distortion and crosstalk for a cleaner output signal.

Isolated power supply for digital and analog sections

In addition to the separated PCB, the power supplies are also isolated, providing power to the analog and digital portions separately to further reduce interference.

Dual-mode clock control

Accurate and stable dual-mode clock control allows the K9 AKM to easily reproduce even 32-bit/768kHz high-resolution audio with incredible accuracy.

120-step volume potentiometer

The muted volume knob works by reconstructing the ADC curve, which allows precise and smooth adjustment between 120 volume levels with minimal noise and volume deviation between the left and right channels.

Compatible with UAC 1.0/UAC2.0

K9 AKM supports both UAC1.0 and UAC2.0 modes, allowing you to use K9 AKM with either plug-and-play devices or devices that can work with K9 AKM using an additional driver for better compatibility. The Fio Control app allows you to easily switch between UAC1.0 and UAC2.0 modes. UAC1.0 to support PS5 and other devices.
