The process of use is very simple: first, the cartridge must be fixed in the tonearm head, but not too tightly, so that it can be adjusted. Then, the protractor is placed on the turntable spindle, and the position of the needle is adjusted over point "A", which is marked on the protractor. After this, the cartridge is aligned so that its sides are parallel to the lines on the protractor. The same procedure is performed for point "B".
You then need to make sure that the cartridge has the same angle of inclination above both points and only then tighten the screws to securely fix the cartridge in the tonearm head.
