Topping D10s is a fairly compact USB DAC with a line output. The model is an update of the D10. D10s outwardly almost does not differ from its predecessor. However, not in the case of the inside of the device.

The Topping D10s is a compact line-out USB DAC that is an improved version of the D10. Externally, it looks almost the same as its predecessor, but the internal layout of the device has been updated.
The device is equipped with a USB input on the XMOS chip, which allows you to use a computer, laptop or game console as a signal source. The device is conveniently powered via USB, eliminating the need for an additional wire. Optical and coaxial outputs are available for connecting an amplifier for speakers or headphones (up to 24 bit / 192 kHz and Dop64 are supported). If the device is connected to an optical or any other output, then an external power source will be required to power it, which can be a computer port or a smartphone charger.
Topping D10s uses XMOS (XU208) + ES9038Q2M + OPA2134. In addition to them, a Thesycon custom driver is used, which provides support for PCM384kHz / 32bit and DSD256 (Native). Updates were reflected in the characteristics of the device, the level of SOI + noise was reduced four times to 0.0002%.
Despite its small size, the device is equipped with a front panel display that shows the format and sample rate. The op-amps can be swapped out on 8-pin sockets for LME, Muses, and others, allowing you to upgrade your device without having to replace the device itself.
Topping D10s is compatible with Android, MAC and Windows (7 or above). However, a custom driver from Thesycon is required to work with it. The device is able to automatically turn on / off synchronization with a computer and has hi-res audio resolution.
