Inflate the ball correctly
Before inflating, keep the ball at room temperature for at least several hours. Use a boot (not included) to boot. Always swing the ball at room temperature.
The first time, inflate the ball to a smaller size (3/4 of the ball size), then after at least 5-7 hours, inflate it to the final size - as indicated in the product specifications. Close the valve tightly.
Wait at least 12 hours after inflating. Before starting training with the ball, check the size again. If necessary, adjust, gently deflate or inflate.
