The set of environmentally friendly and natural oils from the Ukrainian manufacturer Flora Secret includes:
- vanilla essential oil 10 ml
- anise essential oil 10 ml
- cinnamon essential oil 10 ml
Methods of application
Aromatherapy
Add a few drops of essential oil to an aroma diffuser or aroma lamp filled with water and light a candle.
The procedure lasts 20-40 minutes.
Taking a bath
Dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 2 tablespoons of sea salt, milk or honey, add the resulting mixture to water (37-38 °C). Duration of the procedure is 10-15 minutes.
Massage
Add one or more essential oils to vegetable oil (almond, peach kernel, grape seed or other bach oil) (3-5 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of vegetable oil).
Sauna and bathhouse
Dilute 5-10 drops in a container with water, spray the solution on benches, walls, stones. You can also put a container with water and essential oils on the top shelf in a bathhouse or sauna. Before use, it is important to check the individual sensitivity of the body to essential oils.
