Indications for use
Stress, neck and headaches, back and joint pains, tension, sciatica, chronic fatigue, sleep disturbances, digestive disorders, poor circulation and more.
It is recommended to lie down on the mat in thin clothes. The first 3-5 minutes can be a little painful, try to bear the pressure. The optimal session duration is 10-15 minutes. You should not rest on the acupressure massager for more than 20-30 minutes.
