Сетевой плеер Marantz ND8006
The ND8006 combines a CD player with a digital circuit box that plays files from your home network, USB sticks, Internet sources such as streaming services and Internet radio, as well as support for HEOS technology and DAC functions, allowing you to connect directly to computers and other devices. It is protected from obsolescence as it accepts DSD files up to 11.2 MHz and PCM up to 384 kHz/32 bits. In addition, it is endowed with Apple AirPlay and Bluetooth support for playing music from portable devices.
With dual-band Wi-Fi and an Ethernet network connection, the player can stream over the network from either a NAS server or a network service like Spotify, Amazon or Deezer. The device is compatible with Airplay, it also supports the connection of sources via Bluetooth. Of course, as part of a single alliance, Marantz supports Denon's HEOS wireless platform.
As for the physical inputs for connecting sources, the Marantz ND8006 has two optical and two electrical inputs for a digital signal, as well as a USB input. All received signals are sent to the built-in DAC, made on the ESS9016 Saber chip and supporting all formats, up to DSD 11.2 MHz and PCM 384 kHz/32 bit.
The novelty uses a proprietary digital filter from Marantz, as well as two clock frequency generators that provide minimal jitter when processing digital signals. There is also a circuit for suppressing digital noise when connecting sources both via USB and via optical and coaxial inputs. The use of a well-shielded toroidal transformer in the Marantz ND8006 power supply helps to reduce the inherent noise level of the component.
Although the player does not have a built-in amplifier, it can be easily integrated into a traditional stereo system thanks to the adjustable pre-amp output. There is also a headphone amplifier, the connector for which is located on the front panel. Of course, as a player, the device plays any discs of the Red Book CD format.
