Compact portable speaker Denon DSB-50 Envaya meets the requirements of the IP67 environmental protection standard, that is, it is not afraid of water and dust. It can even be submerged under water to a depth of 1 meter for up to 30 minutes without risk of damage. To ensure this, the connectors on the speaker cabinet are closed with rubber plugs. The controls, grouped on the front panel of the Denon DSB-50 Envaya, are also sealed. The column has a nice design and, thanks to its cylindrical shape, is easy to carry. The body of the Denon DSB-50 Envaya is cut out of dense ABS and has a protective mesh that covers almost the entire surface of the side panel. The column is not afraid of falls and other mechanical loads, and you can take it with you on any country walks.
The Denon DSB-50 Envaya is equipped with a pair of 40mm full-range drivers connected to a 2 x 6.5W Class D amplifier. To get the most rich and dynamic sound, the speaker is also equipped with a passive bass radiator. The speaker is equipped with a Bluetooth 4.1 receiver that supports the improved aptX audio codec. Pairing the Denon DSB-50 Envaya with your mobile device takes a few seconds, after which you can start listening to music. Thanks to the presence of a built-in microphone, the speaker allows you to answer phone calls on a connected smartphone, as well as use the Siri voice search system. In addition, a linear analog signal source can be connected to the speaker via a 3.5 mm mini-jack connector. Although the speaker has a stereo sound path, two such speakers can be configured as a full-fledged wireless stereo pair.
The Denon DSB-50 Envaya is powered by a high-capacity lithium polymer battery that provides up to 10 hours of music listening at moderate volume. At the same time, a full charge of the battery is only 2.5 hours. The speaker comes with a flat Micro USB cable for charging and a carrying strap.
