Network cable Isotek EVO3 Optimum 2.0 m

Isotek EVO3 Optimum is a high performance network cable with excellent value for money. Structurally, the cable consists of three innovative square conductors made of silver-plated copper using Ohno Continuous Casting technology.

Cable construction: Conductors of parallel construction with slight interlacing. This conductor arrangement creates a line of protection against RFI and EMI interference.

A) Conductors: 3.0 mm² high conductivity silver plated square copper conductors. Silver is an excellent conductor and, when combined with highly refined copper, provides impressive electrical properties.

B) Dielectric: Teflon FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) is chemically inert and has a very low dielectric constant over a wide frequency range. FEP has a very high degree of crack resistance and a low coefficient of friction, making it an exceptional dielectric. FEP is the best choice for electrical insulation safety.

C) Filler: Cotton filler is used to provide internal strength to the cable and reduce the microphonic effect. Cotton also has excellent dielectric properties.

D) Wrapping: Mylar wrapping is an additional barrier to the application of the flexible PVC outer sheath. The combination of Mylar film, cotton and PVC improves the shielding and dielectric properties of the cable.

E) Shield: OFC braided ground shield provides maximum RF interference suppression.

F) Sheath: PVC is used as the outer insulator to provide high flexibility and mechanical strength.
