40 Gigabit Ethernet (40GbE)
The cable is capable of providing data transfer rates in Ethernet networks up to 40 Gbit/s when using standard 8P8C connectors.

The cable consists of 4 shielded twisted pairs and is 28 AWG.
Individual and general SSTP screen
Individual foil shields for each twisted pair, plus an overall metal braided shield, provide reliable protection against external interference and crosstalk between twisted pairs.
Cable insulation PVC LSZH
The outer sheath of the cable is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with the addition of chalk. To make the sheath, polymers are used that do not propagate combustion when laid in groups and do not emit halogens when heated (such cables are marked with the abbreviation LSZH: low smoke zero halogen - low smoke, not emitting halogens.
The cable may be laid and used in enclosed areas where air flow from air conditioning and ventilation systems can pass.
Gold plated contacts
