The Danish company Dali has released a new series of Connect cables, designed primarily for connecting their own acoustics. The sonic properties of the cables and the design are selected in a way that, according to the developers, is best combined with the character of Dali acoustics.
The most important novelties in terms of seniority are wires marked SC RM230, marked with different indices. All of them are based on stranded conductors, each made of 74 silver-plated copper strands with a total cross section of 3.0 mm2 per signal strand. Each bundle of conductors is protected by its own insulation, and the entire structure is covered with an additional braided sheath on top to increase mechanical strength. The difference between cables with indices C, S and ST lies in the material and color of the outer insulation.
