Speaker cable Silent Wire LS 12 Black

Silent Wire LS12 acoustic cable is the younger brother of LS 16. It uses 12 solid conductors with a cross section of 0.5 mm² each.

The product of the German company Silent WIRE looks modest, but has a rather tricky device. Inside - 12 monofilaments with a cross section of 0.5 mm2, made of oxygen-free copper. Several layers of dielectric ensure proper positioning of the conductors relative to each other. And the whole structure has a double protective shell of woven and transparent materials.

Usually cables with a "dark" or "warm" character smooth out the microdynamic pattern, but Silent WIRE LS12 can be considered an exception. It softens the tonal balance without affecting the dynamics. The upper bass, like the lower mids, is transmitted more richly and informatively, but the hardware aggressive tint, if any, becomes much less noticeable. Changes in the upper case are peculiar. In some systems, the treble is somewhat muffled - the sound is more “fluffy”. But sometimes the introduced effect has a different character - as if the dynamics on the treble increases.
