Our CDX-2 complies with EIA 485 standards and the DMX 512 specification. When designing this cable, Cordial paid special attention to particularly high strain relief so that the CDMX-2 can withstand physical abuse, preventing unpleasant surprises in lighting control. On both ends of the cable you will find clear heat shrink tubing for custom labeling.
Please note that the technical standard for DMX connections is similar to the XLR standard in audio technology. Here the DMX transmitter is equipped with a female connector and the receiver is equipped with a female connector.
