Fir essential oil can be used both in pure form (externally) and in the form of inhalations as the main component of aromatherapy, as well as the main component for the preparation of ointments and balms. When applied externally, they disinfect wounds, scratches, it is used as an adjuvant in the treatment of wet eczema, trophic ulcers, boils, felons. Healing ointments are prepared from it: 30-40% fir oil is added to the melted unsalted internal pork, badger, goose fat, Vishnevsky's ointment. The bandage is changed 2 times a day.

A special topic is the use of fir oil in cosmetology. It perfectly rejuvenates the skin, smoothes wrinkles, tightens pores. It can be used to treat acne in both teenagers and adults. To do this, drop 1-2 drops of fir oil into any cream, mix and apply on the face. With excessive sweating, baths with fir essential oil should be taken daily. Fir oil contributes to the successful treatment of bronchopulmonary pathologies, in particular the cleaning of the trachea and bronchi, the reduction of general intoxication of the body, and the reduction of inflammatory processes. For pain in the joints, radiculitis, plexitis, myositis and other diseases of the peripheral nervous system, you need to steam the body in the bath or in the shower, and then rub fir oil into the skin 2-3 times a day. During an attack of angina pectoris, rub oil into the skin near the heart 3-4 times a day with slow circular movements, but not more than two days in a row. In case of fractures and bruises, oil should be rubbed into the skin near painful places 2 times a day.
