Care. For a quick cleanup after each workout, wipe the mat with a damp cloth and a mild organic detergent or disinfectant spray. For deep cleaning, machine wash the mat with a small amount of mild organic detergent. Select a gentle cycle at 30°C (maximum 40°C). Do not use the spin cycle. Do not tumble dry.

After washing, hang the rug or lay it flat to dry. If desired, to speed up the drying process, squeeze out excess water with a dry towel before air drying. Do not fold or use the mat until completely dry.
