The eKO Lite Matcha Marble yoga mat from the world-famous company Manduka is suitable not only for experienced yoga practitioners, but also for beginners who practice any type of yoga.

The model is made of natural rubber with the addition of non-toxic foaming agents and dyes, which makes the yoga mat completely biodegradable and does not pollute the environment.

Guarantees excellent adhesion to any surface, without slipping or curling. The working side of the yoga mat perfectly resists slipping of feet and palms, even when very wet and performing dynamic and complex asanas, protecting joints from injury.

The core of the mat is made from a mixture of cotton and polyester fibers, which allows it to more effectively resist external influences.

All paints in the Marbled and Stripe lines are applied by hand, so the color and pattern are unique and may not match what is in the photo.

Caring for your eKO® rubber mat

Daily Refresh: To keep your eKO® mat fresh and clean, wipe it down after each workout with Manduka's mat wash & refresh. Use a clean cloth to do this and wipe the mat dry before rolling it up or using it.

Monthly Restore: To maintain the performance of your eKO® mat, use Manduka's natural rubber yoga mat restore once a month. Leave the cleaner on the mat for 5 minutes, then gently wipe with a clean cloth and allow to dry before using or rolling up.

Deep Clean: For a deep clean of your mat, use Manduka botanical mat cleaner.

Important warnings:

1. Do not machine wash eKO series mats as this may damage them and increase the deterioration of the rubber layer.
2. Do not soak or immerse eKO series mats in water.
3. Do not use the salt method for eKO series mats.
4. Using your eKO® mat in hot conditions can cause the rubber to dry out and deteriorate. In these conditions, use the Restorative Spray more frequently to maintain the performance of your mat.
5. Before you place the rug on the floor, make sure that both the rug and the floor are completely dry. Otherwise, the color of the rug may be imprinted on the floor.

Storage: Do not leave your yoga mat in direct sunlight. If the mat is damp, allow it to dry before rolling it up. To maintain the mat's properties long-term, store it rolled up in a bag or case, as prolonged exposure to sun and air can damage the rubber.
