The surface adjacent to the floor is smooth and at the same time "sticky". This ensures excellent adhesion and immobility of the mat during exercise. The inner side is embossed, so your legs and arms will not slip when doing exercises.
The mat is reinforced with a nylon mesh: it does not deform or stretch even with very strong emphasis and shifts when performing dynamic yoga elements.
The material is certified as non-toxic and safe for health in accordance with the strict standards of the OKO-Tex Standard 100 P.1 (Baby Standard) certificate.
Care. Hand or machine wash (no spin) at maximum temperature 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Do not use aggressive detergents.
Please note that with a lot of sweat or moisture, the non-slip properties of the yoga mat are reduced: the mat does not absorb moisture.
