HDMI connection using ARC/eARC

Denon AV receivers use Audyssey software for easy, precise setup and calibration. Using the included measurement microphone, Audyssey measures all of the speakers in your home theater and tunes the AV receiver to provide the smoothest, most optimal overall listening experience in your room. This AV receiver supports Audyssey MultEQ room correction technology. Other Audyssey-supported features include dynamic equalizer and dynamic volume.

Audyssey MultEQ Editor app

You can go even further by using the Audyssey MultEQ app to fine-tune the sound to suit the specific features of your room and tailor the sound to your personal preferences. With this app, you can use the power of Audyssey MultEQ to completely control the sound of your home theater. The application is available for purchase in the iOS and Google Play stores.

Subwoofer outputs and settings

Immerse yourself in evenly distributed, precise bass. Equipped with four subwoofer outputs to smooth out low frequencies and provide better dispersion. No audible peaks or dips—just powerful, room-filling bass. Adjust the subwoofers according to your preferences if more than two subwoofers are connected. Select "Standard" if you want the bass to be evenly distributed. Select "Directional" if you want more directional bass to be smoothly integrated into the speaker channel closest to each subwoofer in the room.

Dirac Live technology

Dirac Live Room Correction uses the latest proprietary analysis algorithms to digitally reduce room impacts and improve speaker performance. Some Denon AV receivers support Dirac Live. You can purchase a Dirac Live license key to unlock this feature. Expandability will be supported via a future firmware update.
